Production:
We work with local apiaries with contract agreements for guaranteed purchase volumes, in exchange our apiaries guarantee quality of honey supplied. The quality scope encompasses flavor, aroma, and most importantly, to be free of Adulteration, Chinese honey, Antibiotics, Pesticides, Fungicides, Heavy Metals, and Microorganisms.

We are very aware that quality is more important than anything else in this business, that is why we devote our utmost effort to ensure that each single drum within each single batch of every lot of honey to be processed in accordance to world safety standard. - A brief list of antibiotics and pesticides which we perform tests on our honey: Chloramphenicol, Streptomycin, Tetracycline, Nitrofurans, Carbendazims, Fluoroquinolones, and more.

Aroma: Longan
This is a premium blend of Monofloral honey from Taiwan with characteristic and unique Longan aroma and flavor, ideal for single jar / bottle packaging or as premium support ingredient for your own special recipes.

3. Rainforest Honey:
Color: Dark Amber
Aroma: Earthy, slightly acidic
Unique to Southeast Asian tropical rainforests, this honey offers a darker amber colour compled with more earthy, slightly acidic and more complex notes, a great alternative and standout opposed to traditional golden / amber honey.
Primary Floral Source: Melaleucca Trees & Leaves Saps
